Starting March 1, these improvements will allow us to serve you with greater efficiency, clarity, and care. MSBA's new phone system will feature direct lines, replacing the previous extension-based setup. With a direct number assigned to each staff member, you'll immediately reach the person you want for the answers you need.
We are also launching a sophisticated virtual assistant on our website, mosba.org. Eddy - the AI assistant - can field common inquiries, connect you with MSBA staff, and much more. Eddy works 24/7 and can answer most routine questions in seconds. On March 1st, visit the MSBA website to find the direct phone line numbers and try out Eddy.
