The Missouri School Boards’ Association (MSBA) is currently looking for a customer-service oriented team member who has an eye for grammatical correctness, is detail oriented and the motivation to learn. This person will help our Leadership Development department support school board members across Missouri. Please include a cover letter and resume for us to learn more about you.

Providing quality customer service by phone, email and in person
Supporting our team of trainers
Preparing materials for training sessions
Managing training registrations and online training access
Using MS Excel to organize and manage a variety of data

Excellent written and verbal communication
Interest in growing your professional skills
Thrive working on a team
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
At least 2 years of office experience (required)
Proficiency in MS Office applications (required)
College degree or equivalent experience (preferred)

About the Job

Full time, 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with a lunch break)
Overtime, evening, and weekend work is rare
