MSBA is introducing a new process to connect, support, and communicate with our school district superintendents and their local boards of education. We will be transitioning from our field supervisor model to a more robust regional liaison system. This change aims to enhance our availability and communication within each MSBA region, thereby better supporting local governance teams in each district. Our commitment to ongoing communication with local leaders includes our priority to be active in the field and to meet leaders where they are. We recognize that a strong board supporting a strong superintendent is crucial for student success.

Each of these individuals brings a wealth of knowledge and a strong commitment to public education in the state of Missouri.

Superintendent involvement in their professional organization, MASA, contributes to greater success in our public school system. Similarly, school board involvement in MSBA’s professional development leads to better governance and improved outcomes for students.
